As the whole group are making different outfits for the collection we aren't really getting together and talking about how it will be a 'collection'. After a mini crit we discovered none of our outfits went together, one of the garments in the collection had feathers attached to it and it looked really effective so to make it link together a bit more we've added feathers too. We wanted purple feathers to match with the purple tassels and the purple in the pom pom. We stitched the feathers all away around the hem of the skirt, we put them on the hem and not further up because the skirt is a tiny bit short for the model so this adds a little extra length for her too.
